Our staff has taken the steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient forms prior to your visit. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment.

No matter where you live, we welcome you. Most of our patients come from Wayne, Holmes, Tuscarawas, Coshocton, Stark, and Medina counties. We even serve out-of-state clients with one dedicated patient travelling to see us from Maryland twice a year.
